HabitTracker Subscription Terms (Monthly + Annual)

1. Subscription plans

If you purchase either the Monthly or Annual subscription, your account may be upgraded to a paid tier with premium access. If your subscription is not active, your account may revert to free-tier limits.

2. Pro features and free-tier limits

Free-tier limits enforced by the backend include:

• Up to 4 user-created metrics.
• Up to 1 non-draft workout per day.
• Up to 3 food logs per day.
• Up to 1 homepage chart.

On a paid tier, these caps are not enforced (subject to other limits described below).

3. AI analytics quotas and limits

• Monthly AI query quota: Free tier is limited to 5 AI queries per month; paid tiers are limited to 200 AI queries per month.
• Daily AI request cap: hard limit of 50 AI queries per day applies to all tiers.
• Monthly AI cost cap: $5.00 per month enforced for all tiers.

If you reach any quota or cap, additional AI requests may be rejected until the relevant limit resets.
